Friskvårdsshoppen (Goteborg Pain Clinic) sells support products, stress control products, preventive health care courses and electronic pain treatment (Alpha-Stim 100). In order to make a purchase from us you must be at least 18 years old. If you want delivery to any other country please contact us.
We are not responsible for any errors in information pertaining to articles purchased.
By submitting your order you agree to your personal/business information being registered in our customer database.
Order An order via the Internet is regarded as complete when you have received an order confirmation from us. We do not guarantee that we can deliver all the articles you have ordered. If we are unable to deliver what you have ordered we will contact you and try to find a solution.
Prices
All our prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the prices in our website without prior notification. Naturally, no price changes are implemented on orders after a purchase has been confirmed.

To be able to shop from us you must provide the required information when registering. If we do not have your email address we cannot send you confirmation of your order, nor can we let you know about possible delays with the delivery or if any part of your order cannot be delivered. Every time you place an order with us you should check that the registered address is current. Friskvårdsshoppen does not pass on your details to anyone other than the partners we use for payment purposes.
Delivery
Delivery is by mail or postal parcel. Delivery time is normally ten working days. If you give us your email address we will keep you informed about any delivery problems.
If your order is divided into more than one shipment you will only pay shipping charges for the first delivery.
You will be notified when the postal parcel has arrived at your post office. Letters are normally delivered to your mail box. Bulky letters will be delivered to your service location and you will be notified.
Payment
You can choose to pay by debit card, credit card, charge card or PayPal. For business customers we also offer invoicing as a payment method.
We accept the following cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We are very careful regarding security when you furnish us with your card number details. All transactions are encrypted through PayPal, the biggest and most well-renowned payment standard on the Internet.
Right to cancel a purchase
You have a complete right to cancel a purchase within fourteen days of receiving the article on condition that the item is as new. It is important that you include a copy of your delivery note or a letter where your name, your address and your order number are clearly stated.
If you have already paid for the goods we will reimburse you after the goods have been returned to us. If you paid by card, we will reimburse the funds to the card with which you originally made the payment.

Complaints
If you have complaints or have received a defective article we request you to contact us as soon as possible at info@goteborgpainclinic.com. We will send you a replacement without extra charge. If we cannot replace the defective item we will refund you after the defective item has been returned to us.
